The pieces you see below have all been handmade by one person, Hannah Louise!

I utilise the ancient technique of Lost Wax Casting, which involves sculpting my work by hand in a special Jewellery wax.

Most jewellery available on the market is made using CAD (Computer Aided Design), 3D printing, and in most cases, corners are cut by using the cheapest possible manufacture and labour. You will likely never know where your piece was made, where the materials are from, and therefore both Quality and Ethics come into question.

From the moment I start making a piece, the making journey remains in Birmingham; every single one is sculpted and finished in my home studio, and, to ensure quality, I will only cast my precious metals locally, in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.

Can your favourite large jewellery brand say the same? That's what I call traceability.
